Unlike many of the affordable housing asset classes like Multi-Family Apartments, our tenants own their house which translates to pride of ownership and upkeep of the homes. Furthermore, the cost of moving a mobile home can range from $7K –$10K which means most tenants don’t move out of the community, staying decades vs. a few years, and making returns reliably consistent.
