Founder of Bobo Capital Ventures, LLC
Keith Borie brings over 25 years of extensive real estate expertise to Bobo Capital Ventures. As the owner and operator of New Castle Real Estate since 2005, Keith developed a broad skill set as a property manager, real estate agent, investor, broker, and business owner.
In addition to his real estate career, Keith has spent the past 13 years excelling in the corporate arena as the Director of Sales for a Fortune 500 company. There, he led and managed top-performing sales teams comprising over 40 sales associates and 11 managers. This high-level corporate experience has equipped him with exceptional leadership and operational capabilities, which he now applies to growing Bobo Capital Ventures.
Keith transitioned fully into real estate investment and operations in November 2024, leveraging his extensive background to drive success for his ventures. Alongside his wife, Alina, Keith has achieved remarkable results, successfully exiting four multifamily and mobile home park investments since 2020 with an impressive average IRR of 36.30%. They also own and manage two buy-and-hold mobile home parks, which they have effectively turned around and stabilized.
